Chillin' Out!

The winter here is getting harsher day by day. Weather forecast predicts snowfall from the next week. Though I'm elated to see the first snow, I should admit that it would be a nightmare walking to the office daily in snow. My lips are getting dried and I have to carry a chap stick always with me, as women carry lip sticks, to keep my lips moist! Its dreadful to go outside without wearing a jacket.

The holidays have begun and none of our plans have materialized yet. Still haven't cancelled the car that I had booked for the weekend. I'm still hoping to beat the roads in the snow blizzard! Well, I'll keep you posted on my weekend activities, just peep in here once in a while to check for updates!

Well best of luck with the holiday thing. Not to dampen your hopes or anything but going out during a snowfall not exactly safe to drive, is it? Besides you can always sit at home(if things dont work out) have a nice cup of coffee and read a book, curled up in your blanket.:)

@AFJ - It is actually pretty hard to manage the cold. Every exposed part of the body aches :)

@Rita - I enjoyed it at the beginning but not any more. -15 C is not at all enjoyable :)

@My Ramblings - yea, it is not safe to drive in the snow. But if you have a 4 X 4 SUV, it is not that grave. Actually, we didnt drive too much. We stayed at home, made some good food, watched the cricket matches and a few good movies :)

@Arthi - I now understand how you would have felt :)

@Subhodeep - Thanks for visiting!
